As a church, we are expressing our gratitude for our children as a gift from God and emphasizing parents' responsibility in raising them.
Proverbs 22:6 encouraging parents to "train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it". Psalm 127:3-5 also speaks to the blessing of children as a heritage from the Lord.

Baptism is an important event in the believer's walk with Jesus Christ that symbolizes new life with the symbolic use of water. The Greek root word Baptizo means to plunge, immerse, sink; hence to wash, to be immersed. The Bible talks about water immersion baptism, in which a believer makes a public confession of their faith. These Bible verses about baptism guide us to the meaning of baptism for repentance, declaration of faith, and new life in Jesus Christ.
